A translation error at a UK prison has labelled an exercise yard as an "execution yard" in an information booklet for Russian inmates.

Prison inspectors pointed out the faux pas at Lincoln Prison during an inspection follow-up.

The report noted: "The accuracy of translated material should be verified."
