Boost your presence at trade shows

Are you planning to exhibit at trade shows in 2013? Do you want to attract more customers to your stand? Then why not boost your global presence by translating your exhibition profile and marketing materials into the language of your target customers.

Ensuring your marketing and technical materials are available in advance in the right languages can pay dividends. In a world where everyone assumes English will do, you can stand out from the crowd and gain that all important competitive edge.

This year we assisted a number of companies to successfully prepare for overseas trade shows, such as Innotrans in Germany. You can benefit from our expertise and knowledge when organizing your language requirements for your 2013 exhibitions. See the list of trade shows on our website and click here to contact us.

Specialists in your Sector

Every industry and sector has its own unique terminology and yours is no exception. The same word may be used in different sectors but with different meanings and so the translation will be different too. This means you need translators who are experts in your sector working on your behalf.

We have introduced sector-specific pages on our website to provide you with language-related information about your sector. Browse our sector page to find your sector. Trade events for the year will be highlighted to help you organize your calendar. You can find your sector trade events here.

Sir Patrick Moore - a special loss to Peak

We have lost a good friend in Patrick Moore. He was keen to read draft versions of our translation “Fritz Zwicky, An Extraordinary Astrophysicist” and we soon realised he was someone very special and, above all, genuine. He had met Zwicky and immediately recognised him as a controversial genius. Many of Zwicky’s most astonishing ideas were only accepted much later, when often it was others who took the credit for them. In their own very different ways, both of these men have made a significant contribution to our knowledge and understanding of the universe.

And finally…

The Peak Team will be taking a well-earned rest from 5.00pm on 21 December to 9.00am on 2 January. In the interests of the environment and to give support where it is needed, we are donating our Christmas card spend to a charity and this year the recipient is Blythe House Hospice.

Happy Christmas to one and all.

Ensuring you of our continued commitment to your success.
